usage summary not showing text messages???


Why does it take so long for some information to show up in the usage summary? Voice calls seem to show up almost right away, but text messages from 2 days ago are not there yet?

Hey Erin, There can be delays of up to 48 hours with our Self Serve. However, if it exceeds this time frame, give us a call *611 or 1-866-995-6636 and we'll take a look into it. Thank you. ________________________ If you see a good answer, give it a star.
