I am a prepaid customer. When trying to monitor my phone usage un the Usage history I find that the usage history in unmanageable It only displays 10 entries on the page at a time. Being that I do more than 250 text in a day it took 10 minutes to scan 3/4ths of a day. It would be a good idea to have filters on the list to show phone calls only, being that texts are included in the plan and are free. Another option would be the ability to down load a spread sheet version of the data of date range the customer is enquiring about.
