Updated credit card info before due date for auto top ups, but still showing "expired" several days later. How long to register payment?


I've updated my credit card info before billing due date for automatic top ups, but my service is still showing "expired" even several days later. How long does it take to properly register? I can't even retrieve my phone messages.

In order to verify this modification, you should directly contact the customer service. There is no charge for this kind of request. Please dial *611 from your Koodo phone.
