Trying to restart a koodo account that may be closed as i cannot get in and it did not recognise my email address

trying to restart my koodo account that has been inactive a few months

If it's been longer than 90 days, I'm afraid you may have lost your account, crystal. You will need to buy a new SIM card and start a new account and number 🙂
