trying to redeem my monthly plan

I am trying to recharge my phone with another $50 but it isn't letting me and it's claiming I don't have an account

Are you sure you're signing in to the prepaid self serve site and not the one for monthly plans?

Call Koodo, if you are on the right selfserve page and it won,t let you recharge.
