Topped up with Vocher, $ added to account not base plan


So, I haven't had money to pay for my base plan for a couple of months, so I just recently bought a 25$ top up voucher, when I used *611 to top up. It did not top up it just put the money into my account under 'account balance' and I cant find a way to use it to pay my 25 $ baseplan

Hey Jonathan! For how long you didn't top up? You have to know that if you did not renew your base plan for more than 3 months, the account is cancelled. ________________________ If you see a good answer, give it a star.
I received an email a while back telling me I had to top up by january or my account is cancelled

And it didn't renew your baseplan Jonathan? In that case I wouldn't hesitate and call Koodo, so you won't lose your number and plan...
