Top-up unchanged following plan change

Hello,

Recently updated plan for increased bandwidth per-month, however auto top-up remains at previous levels.  Tried to remove and re-instate auto top-up, however remains the same.

What can one do to correct for matching new plan?

How did you change your plan?

 

Did you change your plan the day before your baseplan expired?

For a prepaid phone, the top up should automatically change at the time of your next top up. You may have to manually add money to your account one time to cover the change you just made to your plan.
