Top Up Refund

I accidentally put money into the Top Up, when I actually wanted to schedule a monthly Automatic Top Up.Is it possible to get a refund for the money that I accidentally put into the Top Up?

Hi flyersfan,

You will need to call Koodo using *611 from your phone, explain to them the situation and they might be able to reverse the charge. There is no way of doing this in self serve by yourself.
