Top Up Issues and terrible Customer Service


I bought $55 in top up cards today and when I added them somehow $10 was lost. I tried to re-enter the cards and they've all been used. Because I used them. Yet in my history it doesnt show. Tried to call and you want me to PAY?! You owe me $10 Koodo! Regretted my last koodo phone and NOT impressed. A response via any of the ways I've tried to make contact would be ..customer service

What do you mean you lost $10?  You topped up $55 into your account,but only $45 is showing?

They don't charge you for tech support and/or billing issues/inquiry.
