top-up enough fee, but base plan show: expired, can not dial any number.


today, I top-up my prepaid base plan, Transaction History show that I top-up $45 credit, and use $20 buy data bootster, use 15 buy base plan Jul 26, 2014 Data Booster 500 MB/ à-côté Données 500 Mo $20.00 7221338 Jul 26, 2014 $15 Base Plan Purch/Achat d'un forfait de base 15$ $15.00 7221328 Jul 26, 2014 Top-Up Voucher / Réapprov. avec un bon $45.00 7221141 The data bootster is ok, I can use internet now, but base plan show: Base Plan Renewal Date: Expired I can't dial any number.

You topped up $45 in credit before your base plan expired? If you need Customer Service help and you don't have a phone nearby, you can email them and they reply within 1 business day. http://koodomobile.com/en/on/contact.shtml

Apparently they're taking longer than 1 business day nowadays and they don't even apologise for taking so long to reply (they used to apologise for taking so long even when they replied within 1 business day... 🤦).
