I cant get onto my account to top up please help me

Are you having trouble logging in to the self serve portal? If it's a password issue, you'll need to contact Koodo directly as most of us on the forums are Koodo customers just like you and don't have access to their backend. Alternatively, you can also top up directly from your phone by dialling *611. Choose from these top-up options: 1. Credit or Visa Debit – Register a credit or Visa Debit card on Prepaid Self Serve. For added convenience, you can also register for automatic 30-day top-ups. It’s a hassle-free way of ensuring you have service each month. Note: Only a credit/Visa Debit card registered to a Canadian address can be registered to your account. International credit/Visa Debit cards are not accepted. 2. Top-up Voucher – Koodo Prepaid top-up vouchers are available in stores across Canada. Click here for locations. Hope this helps!
