This number is no longer available. Right. Help.

My old number won't transfer to my new prepaid phone, it says "Yes, this number is eligible to move to Koodo Mobile." on the eligibility check, but when I go to the activation, "This number is no longer available." What do?

So did you upgrade or are trying to swap your phone with another model and you want to use it? Or are you porting in from another provider?

I think the easiest way is to activate your Koodo prepaid plan with a temporary number, Felix... just pick one that is available. Then you can port in your Virgin number afterwards in prepaid self service 🙂
