they will not let me log in


my koodo phone has not been used for 6 months, so i try to activate it again, i paid for 6months and 100 minutes, but i can not log in

Hi Peter,

Has your phone had an active base plan all this time? If it was not set to automatically renew the base plan, then after 90 days your account is deactivated.

What is the error message you get whenever you try to login?

We cannot tell you what your password is, I recommend calling customer support tomorrow and have them set you up again.
