They don’t use email as a mean of communication, you would have to schedule a callback or chat with a rep via social media.
And unfortunately, Koodo prepaid credit is “non-refundable” https://www.koodomobile.com/service-terms You would have to use the credit until the last $$$ or otherwise the credit would be lost.
If you setup pre-authorized payment, you would have to sign into your selfserve and remove it.
