!!!! they took my $ and won't reply or REFUND me!!!!

Now I am very angry with the way koodo has made no effort to send me a email back in response to my money that was not refunded for a prepaid plan that was canceled, I have my bank statements that prove it... I am not happy with this

They don’t use email as a mean of communication, you would have to schedule a callback or chat with a rep via social media.

And unfortunately, Koodo prepaid credit is “non-refundable” https://www.koodomobile.com/service-terms You would have to use the credit until the last $$$ or otherwise the credit would be lost.

If you setup pre-authorized payment, you would have to sign into your selfserve and remove it.

You don't get refund for canceling prepaid plan.

Did anyone tell you you get money back?   

And it's not cancel your service. You don't add funds, then your account will expire.

Let me rephrase that my account was suspended so the following day I had purchase two top-ups but after the transactions were made I tried to access my account but for some reason my sim was disabled so I went to the store talked to a representative there and he couldn't do nothing for me but my problem is that I got to top-ups and I can't even use them and I can't get my money back for those top-ups

Hi Bonez, I understand you bought boosters, but did you top up the base plan fee of  $15.00 ? If it isn’t topped up every 30 days you can’t use the boosters.  Maybe Mayumi or Dinh will know how they could suspend a prepaid account, because all I can think of is that your 30 day base plan is expired. 

Yes I did fred, I've tried I've also gotten so frustrated with it ive handed my phone to a friend and as far as all the information I have  and the conversation I had with  a  rep. ...it all looks as though I'm being greased not to mention the guy at the store tried saying that my phone was blacklisted when it wasn't  and still is not

Ok lets take a step back here.  After reading the thread, it looks like your issue is that you are unable to activate your base plan. 

I just have a few questions.  How long have you been a prepaid customer?  When you are in self serve, what does it say about the status of your account?

Also, if you can access and add funds to your account, then you are successfully reactivate your account.

Did you try putting the SUM card into different phone?  If it works, then your SIM/account is good.  If not, then the rep is right that your phone was blacklisted...?  (How did he checked it?)

Yeah I tried to do that, but unfortunately due to the whole account bull$hit... I wasn't able to sign in and so on, but I am fuckin over it, I'm just gonna cheer myself up with making it daily routine to casually walk up to any guy employed by koodo and smash his nose... starting with the guy that gave me some lip, yeah so ya'll have an amazing day... 🤪🖕

So in the end you just don't know what you're doing. And now you're on record making threats. Very smart.
