The amalgamation of activation complications


I have to find a way to activate my phone. Here's the rundown:
Lost my previous Koodo phone.
Have no land-line. Bought a new Koodo Phone, but it won't call to the *611 service, as there's no time on it. Can't register my account online as it has to text confirm with my phone, which is gone. Why can't we talk to a representative on the website? 😞 So that's the jist. Might've missed a couple things, but overall that's the problem. Anybody else have an idea?

If you are within kabering distance of a Koodo kiosque, that's where I would head. We don't have access to anyone's account here, otherwise I would give you a bonus month free for most melifluous post of the day. Good luck, my friend.

' - Can't register my account online..." Do you mean to register your self serve account? They will send you an email to validate your email address. So if you can access internet, you should be able to register for self serve. http://help.koodomobile.com/self-serve/registering/how-do-i-register-for-self-serve And once it done, you can activate your sim card through self serve. I'm curious, they didn't ask/offer you to activate a sim when you bought a new Koodo Phone?
