I have to find a way to activate my phone. Here's the rundown:
Lost my previous Koodo phone.
Have no land-line. Bought a new Koodo Phone, but it won't call to the *611 service, as there's no time on it. Can't register my account online as it has to text confirm with my phone, which is gone. Why can't we talk to a representative on the website?
So that's the jist. Might've missed a couple things, but overall that's the problem. Anybody else have an idea?
