We have five lines and are on a tight budget but one of our teens constantly goes over the allotted voice minutes by making calls in between the free calling times. A call to koodo only resulted in a suggestion to buy a more expensive plan with more minutes. There exists a shock-free data cap but not for voice minutes, unfortunately. Since koodo is winning here (with all the extra charges on my bills) is there a better solution here for our family? I'm surprised the csr didn't suggest prepaid.
