I switched to a post-paid account on October 23 and I just noticed on Oct. 25 my $15 base plan from the pre-paid account was charged to my credit card, and I see a Nov. 23 pending transaction on my credit card for $15 base plan. This shouldn't be happening as my pre-paid account was closed down when I made the switch on Oct. 23.
Anyone ever get a resolution from this besides having to dispute the charges with your credit card company?

I'm now on hold with my credit card company to dispute the charges.
Koodo also gave me a number to call to get a record of all transactions associated with my credit card in case my credit card company needs it.
What a mess.
