Sim card works but says invalid when making self serve.

So I just bought my sim card today and everything is working, but the only problem is that I can't get it to validate when I tried setting up my self serve account.

Device: Unlocked Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge

Hi Kevin,

The only way to get the prepaid sim to work is by setting up a self serve account. If it is activated already, you already had a self serve account. If you forgot the password for it, just click on the "Forgot Password" and you will be able to reset it.
