sim card says unavaliable to activate

Hey all,


I am trying to activate my husbands sim card. When I go into the setup page for it, to type in the sim card number I get a flag saying that the sim card is unavailable to activate.  He bought a prepaid plan and has been receiving emails from the company. even when I go to log in to the self serve his account and email is not recognized.  Any advise?

What exactly are you trying to do? 


Is this a new prepaid account? 

Are you just swapping sims or are you trying to add a 2nd prepaid line to an exisiting prepaid account?

Prepaid is only 1 line per email.
