Sim Card & Now Account not working


Phone is showing no sim card as I mistakenly activated it before inserting the sim card. I've been searching for help on here and now it won't even let me log into the account I was in. This is pay as you go that shows the expiry time counting down on my minutes but I can't even use the phone

Hi Blair, Activating the card before inserting it in the phone should not affect it... I usually do that. What link did you use to log into your account? For prepaid you need https://prepaidselfserve.koodomobile.com - what error are you getting there? I'm not sure what you mean by expiry time counting down on your minutes, can you explain please?
