sim card not working

I had got a prepaid Koodo SIM card but it says invalid SIM card # what’s going on it came with a phone I had ordered

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? if you got a phone with a SIM, you should be a postpaid customer.

if you an existing customer who upgraded phone, you could try the old SIM into the new phone. If you would like to use the new SIM, you have to switch it in self-serve.
