Set up a new prepaid but it says PIN not valid


Whats going on?..I paid for a new prepaid account and got a PIN number and yet its saying its invalid..what did I do wrong?

Check again, might be you entered it incorrectly. If still having issue call Koodo

The message was on the final activation page since I chose top up voucher instead of CC.."Valid PIN number is needed to cover amount due"..having said that, after I topped it off with a CC, I called accounts on *611, explained what was happening, he entered the PIN number and it was good so I now have a credit on the account..apparently the website is having issues accepting some peoples valid PIN numbers
