self serve, service provider (Koodo)


Hi
I have lost my password and I'm trying to reset it. It asks for my e-mail address, but it doesn't send me anything. So I don't know what to fill for "service provider (Koodo)" which has a red * on it.
My SIM Card is prepaid.

Be sure your on the prepaid login page. If you are and it still doesn't work gove koodo a call the customer service is great I used it for the same reason!
