Self Serve section is not working at all.

Why is the self serve sections not working at all? I registered for it, confirmed email address, and logged in, but it's not working at all. It's not showing anything about plan or bills whatsoever, and only showing menus for changing email address and password. What happened? I used to pay my bills online, but it's now crippled.

It seems you have been registered as an Account manager rather than an account owner. Call koodo *611 from your koodo phone and they'll be able to fix it really quick. 🙂
when i call *611 the voice message is saying i dont have an active booster
