Self Serve Prepaid Register Problems

I am a monthly koodo customer and am switching to a koodo prepaid customer, but when trying to log in into self self prepaid.. it says that my phone number is not valid. I have tried on the suggested browsers and it still will not work. What can I do?

*i meant when Im trying to register.. not log in.

Are you still on a monthly plan with koodo? If yes, that is why it says that your number is not valid. You have to get a different sim card and transfer your number to their prepaid service. Best bet is to go to a koodo store. They will do everything for you.
