Self serve does not recognize my email address to log in.


I spoke with a representative on the phone to verify my email address, but when I try to log in(and click forgot password), I cannot get past the verify email screen

Try the forgot password. Sometimes with prepaid you never receive the email with a new PW. If still having troubles you'll have to contact Koodo to fix your self serve issues.

Have you successfully logged in before?
Are you on prepaid?
Yes to both. But when I logged in previously it was under my old email address. I have since changed it and not logged in with the new one.

I did, but can't remember my password. Or at least when I try I get "log in failed, please try again"

If you are using Firefox, go into Preferences => Security => Forms & Passwords => Saved Log-Ins and display what you have for your Koodo password.

Then delete it, close your preference window and and try to log in to Koodo again by typing it manually.

Thanks all, but no luck yet. Will have to call them again. Tried everything above and still got this
