reactivation from Thailand

I like to reactivate my old number if still available ,
can not connect by phone from overseas , self serve login not working for me .
please help reactivate - I supply my old number later ....

This isn't something that we can help you with here. If your line has been deactivated for over 90 days, then your number is gone and you'll have to get a new one. Since you're saying that login is no longer working, I'm going to guess it has been over 90 days?

Fo the future if you wish to keep your number and not pay while you are gone for an extended then you'll want to port your number to a voip service to retain it.

then go to a Koodo Shop ... correct ? yes - its been over 90 days ....

That's right. Or get any prepaid sim and register online.

Yeah prepaid doesn't work overseas regardless and on top of that it's been over 90 days.
