Hi there, everytime I try to continue choosing my base plan and boosters with my new account that I am just setting up there comes an error, no matter how many times I try. Anyone had experience with that? Knows what to do?

Hi Kathy, you should contact our customer service over the phone at 1-866-995-6636, option #6 then #1. We'll check what's happening with the activation. Rest assured that there is no fee to receive assistance
