Problems registering for self-service for prepaid mobile


I got my phone yesterday, and I'm trying to register for self-serve (pre-paid), but when I write my number down, it gives me the following error message: " The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already."

If you're having issues getting logged into self serve, the best way to get it set up is with customer service, plus if there is any issues pertaining to your number when trying to get it set up they would be able to look into it further since we do not have access to your account details. Hope this helps.
