Prepaid SIM card not working

Is your phone from Koodo? Or is it an unlocked phone from another carrier?
I m using MI3, it's unlocked phone. I have used different sim card in it. Vodafone when i m in India, libra when iI was in Australia. It works perfectly fine. I bought the new sim today at 1.00pm and activated it online. But it's not working

I'm not sure if your phone is compatible with Koodo.

But if you can stop by a Koodo Shop where you got a sim card, they will be able to test your phone. (They have a demo/test Koodo SIM card)
