I’m a pre-paid customer and in the past couple days some of my services have stopped working. When trying to access the website it says it is down for upgrades and to call *611. Calling *611 just hangs up immediately. Any idea how to get in contact with someone as I need my services restored ASAP!

The prepaid portal was down for maintenance but its back up now so you should be able to login to your account now.
