Prepaid service

I have prepaid service. Started Jan 28/14 - as for Jan 29th, I couldn't make any phone calls. What has happened?

Do you have a base plan that allows unlimtied calling in an evenings/weekends zone or a talk booster added onto your account?
I have the $25/month plan - unlimited text (works just fine) and unlimited local free calls after 7pm. The phone part is NOT working. I also added a $15 booster just to make sure

Did you try unplugging the battery and sim card?
tried that - still not working
