Prepaid phone does not send or receive calls


Hi I buy a prepaid plan and activated it with 35$ plan but it does not work. Not income and not outcome is possible. What should I have to do? Best Hassan

Try removing the sim card and rebooting your phone, sometimes it takes time for the feature to load to your phone.

Hi there Hassan... How long ago did you activate? When you log in into your Self Service account, what is the status of the account? Active? If it is active it should be working... Even though sometimes it may take a couple of minutes, proceed with the suggestion from Erwin, and if still does not work and it's been a while, you may always call Customer Service for further assistance...
Should be working for outgoing right away at least Hassan, sorry to ear bout your issues. If you did a port forwarding from a previous carrier they must of missed a digit from your account, if this is a fresh koodo number then they may have just missed a simple step while activating your sim. Another possibility could be an issue with your phone, is it unlocked or a koodo device?
Unfortunately it doesn't work yet. Yes it is the fresh Koodo device but neither incoming nor outcoming call is possible.:( Hassan
