Prepaid not activating

Hi.. my friend just bought a prepaid chip and registered it online, but when she tries to make a call it says that her SIM is unregistered. When she goes back to the registration website and enters the SIM # it tells her that the SIM # is invalid. How can she fix this? We'd rather not run back to a Koodoo store and don't particularly want to pay a fee to contact customer service on the phone...

There is no fee to contact customer service.
