prepaid billing

last month i got a 611 message saying that they were going to take my month payment out of my account balance and never did so i got the same message again today are they or are they not don't want to pay twice of the month thanks cheryl

Oh good, well if you find that your balance gets higher and higher (since you receive 10% in bonus each month), you can either lower your auto top up for a little while, or buy a "free" booster. Whichever you prefer!

They had the message but did you setup the preauthorized payment? and did the payment go through in your self service?

You would never be charged twice... have you checked prepaid self service to see what your balance is? It might be enough for a few months... but only you can tell!
