prepaid activation failed


During the activation process of my prepaid phone the internet connection broke down for a short time. So the activation could not be finished. A new attempt to activate the SIM card does not work. What I have to do start the activation again?

Hey There Mathias! Just call customer service *611 from your cellphone explain the situation and they should be able to help you out 😃

I'm not sure if you can dial *611 from you phone if your SIM card is not activated yet.. So if you cant use your phone you can call Koodo at 1-866-995-6636 from another phone.
