Pre-paid SIM card cannot be activated - Invalid SIM


I just bought a pre-paid SIM card and when I try to activate it on the Koodo website (https://activateprepaid.koodomobile.com/) it says the SIM card is invalid.
How can I verify if the SIM card the store sold me is really pre-paid and not a post-paid?

Hi Flavio,

Try doing the activation in IE. I always had issues using other browsers for prepaid.
Thanks Mathieu. I just tried in IE, but same result.
Do we have to insert the SIM card in the phone before we can register the SIM card # on the website?
Or is there a way to identify if the SIM card # is pre or post paid (first few digits, or something similar)?

Okay. Thanks for posting the images of the cards. They gave me the wrong SIM. I will go exchange it tomorrow. Thank you.

FAK  thats my friends problem and....... 40 minute drive for me to take her back to koodo tomorrow in the snow grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr hope i have enough gas. murphy murphy
