pre-paid plan

I have a pre-paid account. On Nov 30th, I paid but after 3 weeks my account has not been activated. Based on my banking,  the payment went through and I was charged at the same day with no service!


Any one to help? I need to talk to a rep which apparently does not exist.

Can you login to your prepaid self serve account and check your transaction history?

I just checked. It shows that ,on Nov 30th, I was charged.

credits( top-up):$15

Balance: $15

Debits( charges): nothing mentioned here.

Can you show us a screenshot of your self serve first page please? Leave out the personal details such as your name, account # etc...
