pre paid activation not working

Tried activating new SIM card got as far as step 5 added top up vouchers and clicked activate then took to a page that said oops something went wrong never got no email or nothing so I tried to log in but didn't work so i tried process again and it says SIM card is invalid

Whats not affiliated with koodo I bought a pre paid koodo SIM card and 65$ of koodo top up vouchers so how is not affiliated with koodo

As per his response to your other message, you will need to call 1-866-995-6636 from any other phone and explain your situation... You don't want to lose your $85!
