Pre-paid account miss-hap


hello, my name is Brandon Hicks and i recently just recieved an email stating i had opened up a pre-paid account. in which i have never did, i wish to seek some support

Hi Brandon, This email was a glitch! You can ignore and delete it. No changes were made to your account and no one opened a prepaid account on your behalf. Sorry for the inconvenience!

You need to start a new topic/thread. This topic is only for prepaid account email issues.
Same thing just happened to me. Perhaps Koodo should send a follow up email to those affected users?
