Porting Prepaid Number

My old carrier is with Bell and I'm using a prepaid number. Now, I'm trying to port my old prepaid number to a new postpaid account with Koodo. I tried using the self-serve and was required to provide an account number and account security pin, both which I do not know since I'm using prepaid and do not have an invoice. What should I do?

If you can't gather them from the Bell account interface, you'll have to call them and ask. Your PIN would likely be used to make payments, or action anything about managing your account through the phone.
