Porting Out of Koodo, what's the account number

Hello, I am koodo prepaid customer and trying to port out of Koodo. The new provider is not able to receive any valid response with my koodo account number listed. Any ideas on how to achieve the porting now?

If you log into self serve your account number should be there

You may need to use a few zeros if your prepaid account number is short, Abdul. You can also ask your new provider what exactly is needed, they are the ones that will assist you with the porting in.
