Poor service


I am exisiting customer of KOODO using (xxx-xxx-xxxx) since from 2013 two hrs ago I got message my number has blocked . I need to contact *611 that what I did . They requested documents for security check and informed to me for wait 7 hrs untill some one will contact me. So poor way to tease the customer by taking off his number .I stuck and getting lost in my job . So poor.

Unfortunately, when an account for some reasons triggers our fraud detection systems, rightly or wrongly, security checks indeed take some time. It's for the safety of all Koodo users that we put this much rigor into this.
