Please help I am New


When setting up my new kodo phone I went to finish the set up but at the end it said oops something went wrong dont worry go to Login page but it was not available, I am hoping that my phone is activated like it said on previous page has anyone else ever had this happen? I have money on the phone and dont want to have it spent.I am a new Koodo customer Thankyou for any response

I'm assuming you mean signing up for self serve. Try logging into self serve here, this is the prepaid self serve login page https://prepaidselfserve.koodomobile.com/ If signing in doesn't work, I think you'll need to create your account again 😞 It is recommended that you use the newest versions of IE or Firefox or even google chrome. Also clearing cache and cookies helps too. If this problem persists, I believe you can call koodo *611 from your koodo phone or 1-866-995-6636 and have them set up the account for you (no service fee since its a technical issue) Hope it works! 🙂
