Please allow us to change our email address on Prepaid

Recently I changed my email address, and to my greatest surprise this is impossible in Prepaid self-service! Is that an oversight or is there a reason for that? I can change everything else... and felt silly having to contact Koodo for such a basic feature. Hoping this will be considered 🙂

You can't do this yet? Oh wow... Come on Koodo. This seems like such a basic feature! It's like a "I forgot my Password" feature.

Might as well use this thread because the two seem related... My email address was changed by Koodo about 2 weeks ago, and it works fine logging in etc... but it still shows my old address under "profile". I think something is a bit broken 🙂

Yup, I need this feature too. Just created 3 new prepaid accounts and didn't give much thought to the e-mail IDs, but now I'm finding it would be useful to use @ to make it easier to remember which account I am accessing.

Lovely!!!! YAY my final badge 😃 I just checked, is there a reason why login name (= email address) and email address (= email address) are separate? Also I don't think I can change the wrong email address yet, though my login email address was changed months ago... And if that sounds confusing, that's only because it is confusing, hahaha!

Ideally, username and e-mail should be modifiable by account holders, but I'm glad to see usernames can be modified in the short term.

14/05/20 as far as I can tell you still cannot change your e-mail address on-line on the prepaid - even phoned in the change and the change does not show-up
