Plan changed from monthly to prepaid without warning

Hi there. I have, or had, a monthly phone plan for the last three or more years for unlimited call evenings and weekends. In the last couple of days, I received an email from Koodo saying, "Welcome to Koodo Prepaid!" I did NOT make any changes to my phone plan and now suddenly my monthly plan is prepaid? I tried to go onto Self Serve to figure out what on earth is going on, but I couldn't remember my password. When I went to change it the website was "unable to verify my email". I have been a Koodo customer for many years - WHAT is going on?!

It was a glitch in the system that sent out the email to ALL customers, not just you. No one's account's were effected in any way. If you can't log in, it's genuinely because you either forgot your password or you're entering the wrong info. Call *611 from assistance with that. Ahmad, Thankyou SO much for the swift response! You have no idea how relieving this is to hear. I will arrange to fix my Self Serve login but I can rest easy knowing that nothing has changed with my account. I cannot thank you enough for informing me of this, I am deeply grateful! 🙂
