Paying using credit vouchers

I'm from overseas and don't have a Canadian credit card or bank account. When I was trying to get a SIM card, a sales rep signed me up to a monthly plan and told me that I can purchase credit vouchers from convenience stores and top up that way. However, he seems to be wrong. I bought some credit vouchers and there is no option to pay using them.

If you signed up for a prepaid account you can buy vouchers and pay that way, but not for postpaid. Here are all the ways to pay here:
Postpaid: https://www.koodomobile.com/help/how-pay-your-bill
Prepaid: https://www.koodomobile.com/help/topping-your-prepaid-account

Top up voucher can only be used with prepaid. Log in to your prepaid self serve account and click on top up. Beside "payment method" you'll see that it defaults to credit/Visa debit card. Click on the drop down arrow and you'll see the option to change it to voucher. You should now be able to top up using your vouchers that you bought.

Hi ghoxen! If you didn't want to open a month (postpaid) account, you can definitely change your mind by either visiting the store or arranging a call back here http://www.koodo.com/chat to have the line closed. Then you can open a new prepaid account.

Hope this helps 🙂
