I have a prepaid account and ran out of talk minutes. I attempted to purchase additional minutes through Self Service but had a problem with my password and was locked out. Made several unsuccessful attempts to reset my password.
Using Koodo Assist I was informed that the password reset was not functioning properly and that I should try again later. This has been ongoing for a week now.
I have no talk minutes.
I have since received a text informing me that my credit card for prepayment is going to expire at the end of this month and since I have no access to Self Service I cannot update my payment information.
I am isolated and only have texting available to me.
Getting desperate and very frustrated. Help would be very much appreciated.
