Hello I was charged twice on my prepaid plan how to I get at least 1 payment back as I can't afford to be charged twice is it possible for a $50 refund please I need help it said error the first time so I tried again and was charged twice

Unfortunately, with Koodo prepaid there is no mechanism in place that can issue a refund. If a top-up was made in error, you may be able to get the transaction reversed by contacting your bank or credit card company.Â
