Basically when I was in the airport in Canada my phone was fine. I Shut if off for the flight then when I landed in Europe powered it back on to a no service message that was last Friday and still right now I have no service this is extremely frustrating not to mention that it seems to be basically impossible to get in contact with Koodo when outside Canada now I have to post here and hope someone can help me.
I asked a friend from back in Canada to ring them and ask how could I contact Koodo and of course they provided a number which does not work I also emailed an address I found on the website and am not getting any response.
I need my phone for work so having no service for the last four days has already cost me money so please can someone tell me how I can get in contact with them this has never happened with any other Canadian service provider and this experence is really making re think my choice of network for when I return to Canada next month.
Sorry if I sound angry but I am very frustrated by this whole thing and would really appreciate if someone could help.
